Project Development and Industry Consultation Program for ASEAN Feature Film Projects

FLY Creative Lab supports ASEAN feature film projects currently in development through project consultation, creative feedback, industry advisory support, and Korea–ASEAN co-development exchange. Selected teams will have the opportunity to strengthen their story, screenplay, project package, development strategy, production plan, and market positioning.

Each selected project will receive tailored guidance based on its creative direction, development stage, target audience, and production potential. Through consultation with Korean and ASEAN film professionals, participating teams will refine both the artistic quality and industry readiness of their projects.

FLY Creative Lab also creates a platform for exchange between ASEAN filmmakers and the Korean film industry. Through project sharing, industry dialogue, and potential IP and co-development exchange, the program aims to open new pathways for future collaboration between Korea and ASEAN.

Through this initiative, FLY Creative Lab seeks to identify promising ASEAN feature film projects and contribute to a stronger, more connected Korea–ASEAN film community.

Overview

Eligible Projects: ASEAN feature film projects currently in development with at least a complete first draft of the screenplay
Eligible Region: 11 ASEAN countries
Selection Scale: One project from each of the 11 ASEAN countries

LAB 2 Location: Busan, Republic of Korea
